Subscription FAQs
Subscription orders are shipped around the 15th of each month since we batch (a fancy word for "grouped") our orders by theme.
When you receive your very FIRST kit depends on the date that you ordered.
- If you started your subscription between the 1st and the 10th of the month, your first kit will ship around the 15th.
- If you placed your subscription order between the 11th and the end of the month, your first kit will ship around the 15th of NEXT month. You will not be charged again until after your first kit arrives!
You will be charged for your first kit when you place your first subscription order.
Then, after you receive your first kit, you will be charged on the 8th of every month with your kit shipping around the 15th.
You can skip a shipment, pause or cancel your subscription at any time! We have no minimum subscription term.
Just be sure to do so by the 7th of every month since subscriptions are charged on the 8th*.

*All orders are non-refundable, so any subscription orders placed prior to your pause, skip, or cancellation will still be fulfilled and shipped.
All of our products and all orders are non-refundable, so please make any changes to your subscription by the 11th of the month. You can always reach out to us at support@stayathomeactivitymom.com if you have any questions prior to purchasing!
